Being Spiritual Is Not An Identity

Being spiritual is not determined by…

Whether you have a daily meditation practice or if you have experienced altered states of consciousness. Whether you have done Breathwork or Ayahuasca or Shamanic Journeys or Vision Quests. And it certainly isn’t determined by surrounding yourself with “spiritual” people or by how much spiritual knowledge you have or don’t have.

Spirituality is not an identity or a thing to claim or box in.

What it is though…

Is a deeply personal relationship between YOU and CREATION. It is your connection to your soul. You and only you can only find it within yourself and it will show up differently for everyone.

You might find the connection through nature, sitting quietly under a tree while someone else will find it by surfing giant waves or running marathons.

We are all spiritual beings having a human experience. Never forget that.

You do YOU! Love the life you live and live the life you love. Embrace simple moments and lean into what ignites your soul.
